We are searching for a reliable and trustworthy college intern to join Embracing You, an organization founded to support single parents and their children. Responsibilities include working on projects and tasks related to marketing and social media. The ideal candidate will also work on research to better execute our mission. 

To be successful, you should demonstrate active listening and creative problem-solving skills. Outstanding volunteers should be diligent meticulous, and take pride in their work. At all times, the individual will uphold the organization's values and maintain a high degree of professionalism with all stakeholders. You should arrive on time, follow instructions, and improve the overall operations of the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Create engaging content for all major social media platforms to create brand awareness.   
• Schedule and monitor social media content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Thread
• Perform market, grant, and as needed research

QUALIFICATIONS 

• An undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communication, and journalism.  
•  In-depth working knowledge of other social media platforms 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize and multitask.  
• Excellent written and oral communication skills  
• Keen attention to detail and ability to think strategically and creatively. 

TIMEFRAME: 

• 12 Week Unpaid Internship  
• 5 hours per week
• Extension of Internship Possible (if mutually agreed)
