High School Seniors Scholarship

Embracing You Inc. is delighted to announce our Scholarship Program which is dedicated to supporting the educational endeavors of high school seniors who are single parents or reside in single-parent households. We believe in the transformative power of education and want to assist those facing unique challenges on their journey to higher learning.

We believe in fostering a brighter future through education. We encourage eligible students to apply and take a step toward achieving their educational goals.

Scholarship Details:

• Number of Scholarships: At least three scholarships will be awarded 
• The Embracing You Inc.Scholarship is a one-time, monetary scholarship award and is to be used for school related expenses only.
• Amount: Each scholarship is valued at $500.
• Eligibility Criteria:
  • Must be a high school senior 
  • Must be a single parent or reside in a single-parent household.
  • Maintains a cumulative GPA of at least 3.00
  • Must attend a high school in the United States

How to Apply:

Eligible candidates must complete the online application form that opens on March 1.

Selection Process:

A committee will carefully review all applications and notify recipients in June.

Application Requirements:

• Completed application form.
• Complete essay prompts -  max 350 words.
• Upload current Transcript (can be official or unofficial)
• Upload Educator recommendation letter
• Provide a Copy of college, university, or vocational acceptance.

Application Deadline:

The deadline for submitting applications is May 18.
